great seaside stay

beautiful garden perfect location great swimming pool
I found the garden beautiful. It had many chairs and sunbeds. the location is perfect. i also appreciated that it looks pretty at night with the lights. the swimming pool is a great amenity.
the reception welcome was poor, especially considering the price i paid. it was disappointing there was no room service. better service exists in comparable properties for less.

a decent stay overall

great location polite staff amazing staff dirty carpet no air conditioning painted window
the location was great. i found the reception manned 24 hours, reassuring. the staff were kind. the staff were amazing at handling the situation.
the hotel lacked investment and maintenance. the carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. i found the bedroom very hot. the hotel doesn't have air con in the rooms, also there is no ventilation because they have painted the window frames shut.

Solid Stay with Excellent Amenities

nice pool comfortable loungers relaxation options
The hotel features a nice swimming pool that I used. The large garden includes comfortable sun loungers. The spa offers great relaxation options (I enjoyed a long sauna session).
The entrance for wheelchair users requires staff assistance to set up ramps. This process can take up to 30 minutes.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast buffet included standard English options. The Griller restaurant is a short walk from the hotel (less than 30 seconds). I especially liked the proximity for an easy dinner.
Service
9/10
The staff was very friendly and helpful . The bar service is limited during breakfast hours (it opens later in the day). I did find this a bit inconvenient.
Rooms
8/10
My room was quite large and included a decent bed. The room had basic amenities.
